MBA in HR or equivalent specialization

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR software systems
Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Manage onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in HR operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate with team members for smooth HR processes
