We are looking for Java-trained male freshers who are passionate about starting their career in software development. Selected candidates will join our team and receive hands-on training in ASP.NET technologies. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are willing to learn new technologies and grow in a professional development environment.
There will be a two-month internship period, during which candidates will not receive any stipend or salary. After two months, based on their performance, their employment will become full-time. The training/probationary period will be 5 months, and a stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month will be provided.
Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be placed in production and the salary will be revised to Rs. 12,000 per month. The next salary revision will be one year from the date of the latest salary revision and will be based on your performance.
If you successfully complete the training modules and assignments within the training period, you will be absorbed into the production environment and the designation will be given as Associate Software Engineer/Tester.
You are required to serve the company for a minimum period of two years, which excludes the training period. The bond cannot be broken during or after the training period.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related stream.
Good knowledge of Core Java.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of JDBC and Servlets.
Basic understanding of Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
Awareness of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Develop, test, and maintain ASP.NET MVC/Core-based web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and developers.
Follow coding standards and ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Participate in live projects under guidance.
Adapt quickly to project requirements and company processes.
Learn and implement new technologies/tools as needed.
